THAT'S IT! I'VE HAD IT! THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW!!!! Ok, have you EVER heard of a Sonic fan that wasn't equally obsessed with Anime?! That's what I thought. You haven't, had you? Well that's all over now, cause I AM NOT OBSESSED WITH ANIME!!!! I get SO many comments, not just on this blog, asking me what I think about Fairy Tail or ToraDora or some other anime show I NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL THEY ASKED. And when I try to tell them I am not a huge fan of anime, they get OFFENDED. They ask me how I am a Sonic fan then. Trust me, all you need to know is that Stitch and Angel were involved. So recently a fan of anime asked me to start dueting with him on Smule, and they were all anime theme songs, probably because I was into the song Masayume Chasing. It was ONE SONG. I only knew the words because I memorized the song itself, I don't actually know Japanese (no offence to AE_Yuujin, you are a really nice guy and I love dueting with you!). Then when I got interested in one of the songs, I looked up a little more about it. It was My Silky Love from ToraDora, and it sounded appealing, so I digged a little deeper and my dad catches me looking it up, and thought I was looking at Sonic stuff. After I explain the situation ( I was SUPPOSED to be doing school, heh heh... *blush*) he walked away and I realized in that moment that PEOPLE THOUGHT I LIKED ANIME. THAT is where I snapped. Don't get me wrong, if I find a good anime, like Glitter Force, that sticks just right with me, I watch the heck out of it, fangirling, singing the songs, and reviews all the way.... I probably said too much didn't I? But I am NOT a obsessive watch-every-episode-of-Attack on Titans kind of girl. I actually find a lot of the animes out there to be creepy and perverted. I mean, no girl has boobs THAT SIZE, am I right? A lot of them have SUPER bad words for KIDS no less (ever watched the Japanese version of Sonic X? Then you know what I'm talking about.), and sometimes it's just the way their eyes change shape (Have you seen the creepy eyes that are just small circles? *shudder*). Now, this ToraDora anime sounds kinda nice, but I am always on the look out. I'm telling you, ONE toe out of line, and I retreat. For those people out there who love anime, please don't get offended. I'm offended that people think I'm an anime geek because I'm a Sonic Geek, I'm not trying to bash on animes themselves. I am actually really good friends with people who like anime that much, one of them being my crush (even though it's frustrating when I try and talk to him about about something on THIS side of the planet and he won't know what I'm talking about...). Some people DO like the eyes, the creepiness, and even the maturity of the animes themselves. I do think that when appropriate, anime art is beautiful, and I can really enjoy a good anime if, like I said, it can be appropriate. So while I may find it nice, I would like you all to know I am NOT obsessed with anime. I hope this doesn't change how you feel about me or my blog, you can still ask me to review them, as long as you absolutely understand I won't do every anime you throw at me because of maturity or creepiness. Well, I think that put my point across, don't you think? Comment below on what you think, and here's a little hint for you on what my next review's gonna be about: MIRACULOUS, SIMPLY THE BEST! (he he he.....) SonicGirlsGeek out!
HELLO EVERYBODY!!!!!! Okay so thanks to a certain commentor named "Ladynoir is the death of me", I have found a NEW OBSESSION! Miraculous Ladybug is an awesome show that has definitely hit my top three favorite things (and I think we all know what the other ones are!). I can see where you get your name from! It's all about a girl names Marinette, who's parents are bakers (hey!) and she wants to be a fashion designer. But that's only in the daytime, the rest of the time she's Ladybug, a Yo Yo wielding, spots savvy superhero! Cool story, right? Well this is where it becomes infamous in the world of TV shows. The other main character is Adrien Agreste. In the daytime, he's a famous model with daddy issues (sounds like *cou-Chris!-ough!*), but at night he's leather wearing, pun slaying Cat Noir! Anyways, Marinette has a crush on Adrien, but he's also Cat Noir, who likes Ladybug, but she's Marinette so she's not interested, and Adrien doesn't know about her crsuh on him, so *GAAAASP* it's all a big fluffy mess! That's right, IT'S A STINKIN LOVE SQUARE AND I-
*cough* sorry, fangirl overload, let me cool down a second..... So before I com bust, let me review the TV show. The animations were REALLY good, the lighting is spectacular, and the movement is all really solid. The action scenes were definitely the ones that they spent a lot of animation on, and the calm and romantic scenes were still well done, they knew their limits and used them to the best advantage, unlike SONIC BOOM... .....Well.... their second season seems promising, but that's for another review. Marinette is supposed to seem physically awkward, which I can totally relate to, and they do it pretty well, setting aside the occasional dramatic fall. And yes, physically awkward IS different from being clumsy. It means she makes awkward hand movements and loses footing when she's near people. Whenever there is a scene in her room alone with Tikki, she is actually seen as graceful in most cases and Ladybug definitely doesn't have that problem due to the confidence the mask gives her. But when she's around OTHER people, specifically Adrien, she waves jazz hands and does over-the-top steps, like in Weather Girl, causing her to seem clumsy. But back to what I was saying, they don't make it extremely obvious with the difference, but they make her movements normal enough that you can TELL the difference. The storyline is the best stuff I've seen in a while! I LOVE the love square, the animal based superheroes cliche is more original with the (ADORABLE) kwamis, and the characters are all well rounded. But I do have worries, and that is BECAUSE the characters are well rounded. In season two, people are saying Chloe is going to have the BEE MIRACULOUS. What? WHAT?! SHECAUSESHALFTHESTINKINAKUMASTHATEVERCAMETHEIRWAYWHYISSHEGETTINGTHEBEEMIRACULOUSGIVEITTOROSEORANOTHERNICEBLONDEGIRLANYBODYBUT CHLOE!!!!! (Fangirl rant translation (rough): She causes HALF the stinkin' akumas that ever came their way, why is SHE getting the bee miraculous? Give it to Rose or another nice blonde girl, anybody but Chloe!) I did enjoy hearing Alya was getting the fox miraculous, because she is always so kind and caring, the perfect superhero! And remember when Marinette tried to give Alya her miraculous? Oh yeah, even then, they knew she was made to be a superhero. Many people are saying Nino should get the turtle miraculous, but I say slow down! I can barely handle two more people being added to our favorite duo, and knowing CHLOE is one of them sent me over the edge, so don't add another person to this team so quickly! But back to what I was saying, all the characters are well rounded, and you know their personalities well enough that you can tell what is most like them, and Chloe getting that miraculous is definitely NOT what she deserves or is like at all! It's like Sunset Shimmer, and yes, I AM GOING THERE! I like her as a nice person, but I would've liked her just as much as a villain. When I got the first movie and got to the end, I felt this weird, awkward phase where I could tell she wasn't a villain anymore, but what is she now? In the next movie, she kinda took over a bit, and.... they actually did it quite successfully in my opinion. It really worked into the situation, and her new presence kinda made it better, so the transition was actually a breather for me. But Chloe doesn't have that exception. I've only just started going into this series, but already I hate Chloe with a passion. In Equestria Girls, again that was new for me, but Sunset Shimmer, eh... she was just there. In the later movies, she started having more of a purpose and I enjoyed her immensely. But Chloe has a purpose, and it's to be hated, and for pumping out more akumas than can be mentally healthy. Now, on the bright side, I heard they are bringing in a new villian, named STYLE QUEEN. Seriously? Says Chloe ALL OVER IT. I have a feeling that her intentions as a miraculous holder are just as innocent as HAWKMOTH'S. So I have faith Jeremy Zag and his team will do the right thing for this storyline. Now, the wardrobe is SPECTACULAR! I don't usually care for the wardrobe of any of my favorite TV shows, but Marinette, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and even Adrien's clothes are some of the best fashions I've ever seen (I would kill for Marinette's outfit)! Alya's outfit is also good, and the akumas are always very colorful and more playful than when they are regular people. I mean, I LOVED Reflekta's outfit, even if Cat Noir thought the heels should be banned (by the way, that was the honest to goodness BEST joke I've ever heard, on ANY show). The clothes were definitely worthy of being set in the city of fashion in this blogger's opinion. Now, the long awaited topic of KWAMIS!!!!!!! Those things are SO adorable, and make the story more original. They are the beings that power the miraculous, kinda like chaos for the Miraculous universe. Tikki's sneeze in Princess Fragrance was just SO CUTE!!! Even Plagg, who has a bit of an annoying personality, is cute in his own way, and I love the other kwamis, like Nooroo, Wayzz, Duusuu, and Trixx. The bee miraculous, is, well... kinda meh (in Peter Knetter's words) (they haven't even named her yet!). But besides her, the rest of the kwami's are the absolutely cutest things on that show. OK, last thing I will be talking about is fandom. Now, this fandom definitely ties with sonic as best in my opinion. Surprisingly enough, I don't get into the mlp fandom that much, I just like the crossover ideas and the cute dress and hairstyles people edit for them, that's about it. But with things like the Sonic Fandom or Miraculous, there isn't a lot of content, or at least content you could watch every day, so you need a little more. Mlp has six seasons, probably going on seven, and three movies with COMPLETELY new worlds, but the sonic games are, dare I say it, slowly fading out of the picture in most of the video gaming world, and Miraculous Ladybug only has ONE season, and people like myself are getting really worried, anxious, or scared about the season two changes. So where do we go to find solitude? The Fandom. The Miraculous Fandom actually welcomed me in, unlike the Sonic Fandom where at first it was peaceful, then they remembered I am a sonamy shipper and suddenly it's a WAR ZONE! Watch Peter Knetter's video on the Sonic Fandom if you want more details on how it came around, but he forgot the people! They will bash your ships into oblivion if you aren't careful! But despite this struggle, just hanging out with other sonic and sonamy fans is enough for me to keep going, and once you find a base (this blog, for instance...) a lot of the bashing starts to be tolerable. But Miraculous? None of that. I was cautiously and pleasantly surprised to find this fandom is sweet and friendly to new comers. That's when I realized, I was worried about shipping wars, BUT THERE IS NOTHING TO BATTLE ABOUT. The show practically revolves around the love square, and not many people are willing to challenge it, lucky for me. Even the side ships are mostly the same! DJwifi, which is Alya and Nino is one that I and practically two thirds of the fandom ship, along with Alix x Kim, Ivan x Mylene (which they DID confirm is canon on the show, they're kinda like the Bunnie and Antoine for this series, ya know?), and heck, even Max and Sabrina are a thing! So this fandom is overall really nice if you like non-bashing, which I'm sure EVERYBODY likes. There is just one thing. Due to the love square, people have come up with four names; Adrienette, Ladrien, MariChat, and Ladynoir. WHY IS THERE FOUR NAMES, that's all I ask. I suppose in places like fanfiction you would need that confirmation before you read it, but everywhere else it's just ridiculous! People treat them like they are different ships when there not! They're simply confused teenagers that are in a bit of a predicament with their love lives, not DIFFERENT DIMENSIONAL VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES! But that's mostly just a pet peeve of mine, so it doesn't distract from the show, most of the time..... So what can I say overall about this show? It is officially one of my favorite shows now, the fandom is really nice, and I have really good grounds to love all of it! This show has been approved by my mom and dad a like before I watched it, unlike with the Sonic series (I kinda found it on Youtube one day, parents didn't find out till a week later... talk about a rocky start...), and if your a girl, or heck even a guy, check out this show for something really awesome! And yes, you did hear me right, guys come on in! I found LOT'S of guys in this fandom, and while out trick or treating, one of the guys on candy duty recognized my Ladybug costume! So yeah, something tells me once this series REALLY picks up momentum, that they will be like the new bronies! So that's all I have on this subject (says after she was gone for weeks with an entire speech written out about one series), and yes, I am sorry that I practically disappeared, I have a lot of things on my plate, not to mention my love life is in shambles, so I needed a few days to cry... *sniff*.... (dang it, still not over him!) But I WILL come back, starting with this post. If you missed me, check out my musical.ly or live.ly account, I post there ALL the time, and before you get mad at me, it's easier to carry around a phone and take 30 second music videos than lugging around a laptop and typing out entire posts, so please don't kill me. So, this is SonicGirlsGeek, signing out! Hey guys, I realized that three days wasn't enough time, so I pushed the background survey date to this next Sunday. Vote for your favorite background and make a difference on this website!
Hope you enjoy Sonamy Week! I really was SO EXCITED and now that I remember, just pray I don't die of Sonamy fluff ;). SonicGirlsGeek out!

So I hope you have fun voting, and drop by on Sunday to see which one I chose! Bye!
Hey guys, before I begin just a shout out to Fan in the comments section! I'm sure your website will be a huge success. So today I am reviewing one of my favorite restaurants, Dicks Wings! I love that restaurant for one reason. Trivia. I play as Iluvsonamy there all the time. Now that they moved however, I thought this would be a good time to review the restaurant, so here it is. Overall I gave it a 4 in a half out of 5 stars. The food was delicious! I ate some of their sauceless wings and they did not disappoint me. The real way to know good wings is if they taste good WITHOUT all the added flavor, and they definitely passed the test in this foodies book! Now, I am a picky person, heck, I eat lasagna, but only stoffers, and only at home! So the fact that I enjoyed the food as much as the experience is something very new for me. Now, I only like certain restaurants, and usually because of the food, but because of that, I usually end up eating in very boring places where the only things to actually enjoy are the food. Places like Chick-fil-a, Golden Corral, and Dicks Wings however, are places that have fun things for people to do or let you have pleasurable experiences with, AND give you good food at the same time. With Golden Corral, it's the getting the food yourself option, or with Chick-fil-a, even teenagers can climb up and enjoy the playground. But Dicks Wings has the crowning achievement (to me anyways), Tap TV trivia! Like I mentioned before, I am no stranger to Tap TV and I go by Iluvsonamy whenever I can go there, so when they kept the trivia around, I was more than happy. But they also had some new arcade games you could play by the corner, including claw machines! Not to mention I noticed a new option, a special touchpad on the wall near the bathrooms, that let you, get this, CHOOSE THE NEXT SONG. That's right, you could listen to your favorite music in the restaurant WITHOUT having any earbuds! I haven't used it personally, but from what I was hearing, people enjoyed that option very much. They also host live bands on some nights, like just the other night, Corporate Party (I might have been mistaken with the second part of the name) played! Now, their are only two reasons I took half a star off. The first is because they sell liquor, which I've stated before is NOT my favorite thing to be near. But luckily they only sell lite beers, they don't sell sell what people are calling "real drinks", so I can handle that. The second reason is because of the NOISE. I get that they have lots of customers, but get some insulators for the walls people! I couldn't hear myself think! It almost gave me a headache, so unless your good at blocking out noise, this would not be a good option for you. But overall I liked everything else about it. Good food, nice entertainments, it was clean, and the customer service was impeccable. You can guarantee that this blogger will be coming back again soon. The Dicks Wings I am referring to is on Old St. Augustine road, right next to the Walmart, so if you DON'T live in Florida I'm very sorry for you loss. Unless your like me and will do almost anything to eat there again and will drive all the way across the country if you have to. Well, I think i have said what needs to be said, so SonicgirlsGeek out! Comment below on what you think and what you want me to review next. Bye!
All guys be warned! I am taking a dangerously girlish turn doing this, and you WILL NOT be seeing a post this girly AGAIN! But I have found SO MANY good picture of the sonic and mlp girls in cute (usually completely fan made) dresses, I can't resist showing them for you! Guys, make fun. I deserve it. X'( Comment below on what you think... Oh doi You thought I couldn't keep my promise didn't you? Well I truly am back to stay people! Ask in the comments for anything you want me to do on my blog! I am currently working on a review of Sonic Unleashed, which is going very smoothly, so in the meantime I will be here for anything you wanna talk about!
